Elliott ate cinnamon toast and grapes for breakfast. For lunch he ate baked chicken, pita bread, hash browns, and cherries. (A full plate of food!)
Elliott is walking all over the place now (his balance is improving so quickly!) and Cooper was watching him like for the first time! "Look! He's walking!!" Yup! Life continues to get a little more challenging Cooper! (Cooper is sooo afraid Elliott is going to get his stuff!) :) They were playing their usual morning game of "hiding" in the igloo from Elliott. Mia was also thrilled because Elliott was clapping when we were singing "Happy and you know it...clap your hands." They were making loud noises and Elliott was mimicking their sounds perfectly!
Here's another picture of Elliott at the window! Like I said before this is a favorite hangout! He's slapping his hand against the window and seeing if his audience is appreciative. :)
Here he is busy playing with the barn and barn animals. Elliott fits so perfect in my Daycare - busy little fellow and loves the other kids as well.
He walked over to where Baby Sophie was laying and got all excited to see her. He was bobbing up and down and clapping as well. And he even managed to miss her when he fell! :)
This is an FYI for anyone reading his Blog - Elliott will be gone tomorrow and Monday so his next Blog will be on Tuesday, February 3rd!

Elliott - 1/27/2015
Happy Birthday Elliott!! When the kiddos turn One I start doing a Daily Journal for them. These Journals are done during Nap Time so they are posted daily - usually between 12:30 and 2:30. I will post what the child has eaten at breakfast and lunch, then two or three snippets about their morning at Day Care. Frequently (almost daily) I will include a picture.
Elliott ate waffle and two servings of pears for breakfast. For lunch he ate tuna and crackers (loved it), ate sweet potatoes, and mandarin oranges. At breakfast Mia said, "Oh no!! Look at Elliott! He's eating LOTS again!! He's got a mouth full!!" Ha ha! Now that's a classic case of the "pot calling the kettle black!" No one eats faster and more vigorous than Mia!!!
I like the "Birthday Boy" shirt Elliott is wearing today. This picture pretty much captures Elliott at Daycare. He's all fun and games and busy, busy, busy. :) He likes shaking the gate, tossing pillows off the chair, and hammering with the lego pieces. And now of course he's practicing walking everywhere!
This picture shows another of his favorite places to hang out. I built a little step in front of the window for the little ones. He's been pulling himself up to the window for a long time now. At first he'd get up there and not know how to get down, so he'd just turn loose! Yikes! Silly Elliott!
Speaking of "turning loose" this morning he climbed up on the table bench (in the play area), stood up, and then promptly turned loose. And grinning proudly at me!! Hang on Dude!! I love having Elliott in my Daycare!! Lots of fun!!
